Where is the venue?
Masquerade is located at 218 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019.
If I arrive late, can I still enter?
No. Guests must arrive on time with their full group. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Is the show accessible?
Masquerade is a journey across multiple floors, including several flights of stairs and escalators, and uses atmospheric haze and strobe light effects. We are pleased to offer accessible pathways and elevator access throughout the building. Due to high demand and in order to help us provide the best experience, we ask guests who need accessibility accommodations to contact our team in advance. Will I hear the music from The Phantom of the Opera?
Yes. Masquerade is a fully immersive production of The Phantom of the Opera featuring the iconic score by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Do I need to bring a masquerade mask?
Guests are encouraged to wear their own masquerade mask. If you don't have one, a complimentary glasses compatible mask will be provided upon arrival.
Can I bring a bag into Masquerade?
No. Bags of any kind are not permitted. Complimentary bag and coat check is available.
Is there an age restriction to experience Masquerade?
Masquerade welcomes all guests 13+. All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What shoes should I wear?
Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking and stairs. Heels are discouraged and stiletto heels are not allowed.
The Password is Your Ticket
You will receive a secret password 24 hours prior to entry. There are no physical tickets. You and everyone in your party must have the password to enter. Entry requires a valid photo ID. All guests must be 13+. Any guest under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All sales are final. Tickets may not be refunded, exchanged or resold and we are unable to honor any tickets purchased through unauthorized resale. If you are unable to attend, please contact our team at [email protected] for further assistance. Any guests with tickets purchased through resellers will be denied entry.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No. You will receive a secret password 24 hours before entry. Entry requires valid photo ID.
What kind of masks are permitted?
Lace, couture, or partial masquerade masks are allowed. No LEDs, celebrity likenesses, Phantom masks, full face masks, or political imagery. As you will be traveling in close proximity to other guests, we kindly ask for courteous consideration of sightlines while selecting your mask. A replacement mask will be provided if needed.
Will the mask provided work with glasses?
Yes. The complimentary mask is designed to be worn under glasses.
Can I still enjoy the event if I don't drink alcohol?
Yes. Guests may choose a glass of Taittinger Champagne or a non alcoholic option.
Can I bring food or drinks inside?
No outside food or beverages are permitted. A full bar is available after the performance and water is available throughout.
Can I record audio, video, or take photographs?
No recording or photography is allowed during the performance. A designated photo area is available afterward.
